Cash: you can pay your fees at any branches of 1. Chang-Hwa Bank (no handling charge) 2. Post Office (handling charge NTD 15), or 3. Convenient Stores(a): 7-11, Family, OK and Hi-Life (handling charge varies; NTD 15~NTD 25) (b) |
ATM Transfer: You can pay the tuition fees via any local bank or post office ATMs with your Debit Card (not Credit Card)(C): 1. Choose ‘Other Service’ 2. Choose ‘Bill Payment ‘ 3. Choose ‘Normal Payment’ 4. Enter Bank ID ‘009’ 5. Enter the 14 digits as shown on your payment slip when the machine asks for the account number 6. Enter the amount to be paid (there will be some warning messages about transferring money to other account, please choose ‘yes’ whenever this pops up) 7. If the transfer is successful, it will show on the screen and tell you the process is completed. Please make sure to keep the receipt for future reference. |
(a) Not applicable for fees over NTD 60,000.
(b) Handling charge may increase with amount of payment over NTD 40,000 and may also vary among the convenient stores. Please check with the counter before you pay.
(c) A handling charge of NTD15 may occur if not using a Chang-Hwa Bank debit card.
